the definition of love isn’t always the same. but somehow, for most people love is always related to romantic love. and for that, all i can say is; that is the most boring topic ever. as if all they need to survive life, is just this one specific thing. in fact, people love to sell romantic love — books, movies, songs: they’re all about romantic love.

and what about the love for little things? i think that’s what keeps you feeling alive. Love is always bigger than that, so great that it could be splintered into so many little things.

don’t you just love it when you see a soft steam floating from your warm coffee in the morning? or when you hear a child’s cute little giggles? don’t you feel warm inside when a stranger smiles at you? doesn’t it light up your day when you help someone over the small thing and they look so happy?

love is so so much more; from the smallest thing to the biggest one that you cannot even imagine. like forgiving someone who has hurt you deeply and letting go of the resentment you have over something. all of that comes from love.

and in the end — if you contemplate hard enough — you’ll see that is a small fraction of God’s pieces. because who else can put such countless beautiful things in this world other than Him?

p.s. you could never talk about all the love in this world and not think about Him.
